1 Introduction

3.4 KYC Verification

Texi66 runs a thorough KYC process to ensure platform security and regulatory compliance. You may be asked to submit a copy of your identification document, proof of address, and payment method information. This process is typically completed within 1 to 3 business days.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

Texi66 supports a wide range of payment methods including bank transfer (FPX), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, and other methods listed on the platform's Deposit page. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.2 Deposit Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your texi66 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Most withdrawals are processed within 3 to 10 minutes; however, in certain cases additional verification may be required, which can take up to 24 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 30 per transaction.
• Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed.
• Texi66 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, bank charges may apply.
• Withdrawal requests can only be cancelled while they are still in "processing" status.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the texi66 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing rate set by texi66.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by texi66 are subject to specific terms stated alongside each promotion. Members are responsible for reading and understanding those terms before claiming any bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before the bonus amount can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 10x rollover means you must place total wagers of RM 1,000 before a withdrawal can be made.

All bonuses have a validity period as stated in their respective promotion terms. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled rollover requirements within the specified period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.

6 Game Rules

• Money Laundering: Using the texi66 platform to process or invest funds derived from illegal activities.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening more than one account under any circumstances.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

Texi66 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances: violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, legal compliance requirements, or a business decision. In the event of closure without cause, any valid balance will be returned to the member.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

11 Terms Amendment
